This is a German WW2 Army Luftwaffe reproduction pith helmet chinstrap. The item is faithfully reproduced according to a known original. The tan chinstraps and tan trim on the helmet was designated for Luftwaffe pith helmets with the army having a light green color. The majority of pith helmets I have seen in collections have been those of the Luftwaffe. It is only $5.50 to ship this item to anywhere outside Europe and only $4.50 to ship this item within Europe.
