This is a Czech made reproduction of a German WW2 binocular eye cup lens cover in simulated Bakelite. This version of lens covers was made of a Bakelite main body and leather holding straps and a piece of leather on the inside to protect the binocular eye pieces. This reproduction has the main body made from a plastic type resin with the leather holding loops and the leather on the inside of the main body. The item fits just about any WW2 German field binoculars. The internal size is 33mm x 10cm so it will be a nice fit. This item is well made and you will be happy with it.
